Self Amalgamating UV stable Tape 20cm

Also known as Self Fusing Tape.

• Water proof Antenna Coax Connections against Rain, Moisture and UV sunlight.
• These are the same sealant tapes we include with our antennas kits.
• 200mm long x19 wide x 0.8mm thick.
• There is enough to cover 2x SMA or FME connections. For larger N-type connectors, the whole strip will normally cover one junction only.

 Installation.

1. Carefully tighten the Coax connection using the appropriate tool.
2. Peel back one side of the protective paper and stretch out a small section of tape to about twice its original length. Its important to stretch the tape at least slightly to get a water tight seal.
3. Whenwrapping the tape around the coax, start back a little way from the connector and/or heat-shrink tubing.
4. Continue stretching the tape carefully as you wrap it the full length of the connection. two or three layers is sufficient.
